PROCESO DE RECLAMACI\u00d3N<\/strong>\u00a0Al recibir una reclamaci\u00f3n, seguimos un proceso estructurado para asegurar una resoluci\u00f3n adecuada:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Registro y Confirmaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Todas las reclamaciones ser\u00e1n registradas y se enviar\u00e1 una confirmaci\u00f3n al cliente.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Investigaremos cada caso para entender completamente la situaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Nos esforzaremos por resolver las reclamaciones dentro de un plazo m\u00e1ximo de ocho (8) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Mantendremos informado al cliente sobre el progreso y la resoluci\u00f3n de su reclamaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.
