Por eso, ofrecemos a nuestros clientes el derecho de retracto, que les permite cancelar su compra dentro de un periodo espec\u00edfico.<\/p><p><strong>EJERCICIO DEL DERECHO DE RETRACTO:<\/strong> El cliente tiene el derecho de retractarse de la compra realizada en nuestra plataforma dentro de los ocho (8) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles siguientes a la entrega del producto o desde la celebraci\u00f3n del contrato en caso de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios.<\/p><p><strong>CONDICIONES PARA EL RETRACTO:<\/strong> Para ejercer este derecho, el cliente debe:<\/p><p>Contactarnos por el tel\u00e9fono: (507) 6029 3651.<\/p><p>Redactar un correo electr\u00f3nico a: <strong><a href=\"mailto:jefeadministrativo.pa@distcaribe.com\">jefeadministrativo.pa@distcaribe.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p><p>Devolver el producto en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibi\u00f3, sin haberlo usado y con todos sus accesorios y empaques originales.<\/p><p>Asumir los costos de env\u00edo por la devoluci\u00f3n del producto.<\/p><p><strong>PROCESO DE DEVOLUCI\u00d3N:<\/strong> Una vez recibamos el producto y verifiquemos que se encuentra en las condiciones adecuadas, procederemos a realizar la devoluci\u00f3n del dinero al cliente. El reembolso se efectuar\u00e1 utilizando el mismo m\u00e9todo de pago utilizado en la compra original, dentro de los ocho (8) d\u00edas calendario siguientes a la notificaci\u00f3n del retracto.<\/p><p><strong>EXCLUSIONES DEL DERECHO DE RETRACTO:<\/strong> El derecho de retracto no ser\u00e1 aplicable cuando:<\/p><p>a) Se trate de bienes que, por su naturaleza, sean consumibles, perecederos o que no puedan ser revendidos una vez que hayan sido instalados o usados.<\/p><p>b) Los bienes objeto del contrato deban ser confeccionados o elaborados a la medida, o importados por encargo especial de acuerdo con las necesidades propias del comprador, siempre que el vendedor demuestre que, al recibir el aviso de rescisi\u00f3n, ya hab\u00eda confeccionado o preparado los bienes, o enviado una orden de compra irrevocable al proveedor extranjero.<\/p><p>Si los bienes estuviesen en proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n o preparaci\u00f3n, o dichas labores solo se hubieran realizado de forma parcial, el comprador podr\u00e1 ejercer el derecho de retracto pagando al vendedor el valor de lo realizado.
